Mistakes _ Take Me Back to You
Mistakes
He made a mistake
He crossed the line
He defied my love
His heart and mine
Anger in his face
A gleam in his eyes
A false smile crosses his lips
He falls cowers and cries
Time after time
Hour after hour
I watch him get destructive
I watch him fuelled with power
I want to slowly drown him
For what he's done to me
I want him to suffer
So that I can be free
He'll disappear forever
And never be found
The years would go by
And the case becomes sound
My mind's now clear of troubles
He's gone and left my soul
A new love has crossed my sight
His heart free of coals
He will come back one day
His anger welled inside

Typhoon
The world crashes down
A life I only knew of
The ocean is thrashing about
The sky looms above
The land is swallowed
Currents are forged
Many people die
However, most is ignored
Warning signs scream
The people are crying
Races huddles together
They are all afraid of dying
The saviour has come
The end the present world
Our sins diminish our lives
Our lives once warm now cold
Fearful Children
I fall asleep in my bed
Upon a pillow, I rest my head
Full of dreams for tonight
I sink down my mind takes flight
Thoughts in my head flying about
My heart feels despair and it shouts
Love is a blessing from God
Cherish hold it and you will rise above
The world is destructive and cruel
Only with love can we truly rule
Pain and suffering is left ignored
Politics and war is quickly forged
The simple things we take for granted
Are required things countries wanted?
Reassurance may sometimes help us
Pressures and death will diminish us
So, lie back and rethink your life
Is our world on the edge of a knife?
Will
My back is broken
I cannot speak
Why can't I feel my body?
Why am I so weak?
I can see your face
With tears falling down
Why aren't you smiling?
Why do you wear a frown?
I see lights flashing
I can see them coming
What's wrong with your clothes?
Why are they all bloody?
Last, I can remember
Sweet music filled my ears
Now only sirens
And the swell of fear
It will be ok
I reassure you this
Until the day we meet again
Take from me your last kiss
The darkness is seeping in
Your face becomes blurry
The cold is bitter sin
I see shadows creeping
My time is up
I loved you ever so
I will always be with you
Keep my heart as
Society's war
More people dying
threatened with war
children left orphans
changed forever more.
As media fights for coverage
and money's spent like rags
homes are all abandoned
leaving behind what they had.
As hope quickly dwindles
suspense is in the air
nothings' left for tomorrow
only corpses and despair.
People cry out in fear
what have we come to now
where children aren't safe
to smile and sing and bow.
Reality is punching suspended
but nothings' left to burn
we struggle to realise
whose to blame this turn.
We point the finger so quickly
a scapegoats' what we need
why do we bring it on ourselves

A small brush,
hair thinned bristles
grasped in my trembling hand.
Trying to capture fine lines
of your dark soul.
Cynicism used to be
your saving grace,
searching for the right color
to express the cold beauty
that is your face.
This is you
Eyes closed out in the rain
You never thought u'd be doing something like this
You never thought as yourself like this sorta of person looking up at the moon
Or who spent hours gazing at the waves of the sunset
I guess you know the type of people im talking about
Maybe you don't
But you kind of like it being like this
Letting the cold in
and letting the water seep through your shirt getting through to your skin
the feel of the groung growing soft beneath your feet
and the smell
and the sound of the rain hitiing the leaves
all the thing they talk about in the books you haven't read
this is you
who would have guessed
